Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and modern web technologies, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. The role also requires experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality, with preference for candidates who have built and deployed production-grade applications that integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) directly into runtime architectures, such as AI-powered workflows, RAG solutions, intelligent assistants, or agentic applications.
Key Responsibilities includes
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and microservices.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, testing, and code quality.
