Solution Architect

Looking for a hands-on Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of our next-generation digital platforms. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level business requirements and technical execution, focusing on our client-facing portals and internal experience platforms.
You will lead the architectural strategy for our front-end ecosystem, ensuring a seamless integration between Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), React, and legacy Angular applications as we migrate toward a unified, micro-frontend architecture.
Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end solutions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance across the front-end stack.
- Adobe Integration: Lead the implementation and customization of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Analytics) to drive personalized client journeys and content management.
- Front-End Strategy: Define the roadmap for transitioning from AngularJS to React, implementing modern state management (Redux/Context API) and reusable component libraries.
- Micro-Frontend Design: Architect micro-frontend solutions that allow distributed teams to deploy features independently while maintaining a cohesive user experience.
- Governance & Standards: Establish coding standards, performance benchmarks, and security guardrails for front-end development across the enterprise.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure API-driven (REST/GraphQL) and event-driven architectures align with front-end needs.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Adobe Suite: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 or AEM Cloud Service, including Sightly/HTL, OSGi services, and Dispatcher configuration.
- Framework Expertise: Deep proficiency in React.js (Hooks, SSR, Next.js) and significant experience managing/migrating legacy AngularJS (1.x) or Angular (2 ) applications.
- Web Fundamentals: Mastery of JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Sass/Less).
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with AWS (CloudFront, S3) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Harness).
- Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Vite, or Gulp for optimizing build performance.
