Job Summary:
CLIENT is seeking an experienced Actimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) Developer to support and enhance its Financial Crime Compliance platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NICE Actimize AML solutions, particularly CTR reporting, regulatory compliance, transaction monitoring, and financial crime prevention workflows. The role involves developing, customizing, and maintaining Actimize applications to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support NICE Actimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) solutions.
- Configure and customize Actimize modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain CTR reporting workflows, business rules, and reporting logic.
- Collaborate with Compliance, AML Operations, Business Analysts, and Technology teams to gather and implement requirements.
- Perform data mapping, integration, and validation between upstream banking systems and Actimize.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support Actimize applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and deployment support.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, BSA, FinCEN, and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in NICE Actimize Development.
- Strong experience with Actimize CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) implementations.
- Experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, ActOne, IFM-X, or AML platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AML, Financial Crimes Compliance, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Java/J2EE
- SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL
- Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Linux/Unix environments
- Experience in data analysis, data mapping, and ETL processes.
- Understanding of banking and financial services regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Tier-1 Investment Banks such as CLIENT, Goldman Sachs, JPMC, Citi, or Bank of America.
- NICE Actimize certifications.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
