Job Description
Xodus Medical is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing, globally focused Marketing team. Our Social Media Manager will be tasked with improving, expanding, and implementing our social media strategy; with the goal of increasing awareness around our brand and innovative patient-safety solutions. You will be responsible for working with our team to help manage various social media accounts, develop engaging content, and increase our followership and engagement across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate leads for our Sales Management team
- Manage and grow existing social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Expand our social media reach into new platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and educational posts that help us connect with our target audience
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations to improve our strategy
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to ensure social media campaigns align with our company’s strategic goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
- Digital photography and film creation/editing capabilities
