Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Southern California. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client relationships, work on account planning, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their technology needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and identifying opportunities for improvement or upselling services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer relations, or sales
- Strong understanding of technology services including network support, web design, and application programming
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Experience in the technology sector or with managed services is a plus
- Availability to work on-site in the LA area
