Line Cook

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals according to our menu and ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu guidelines
- Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Skills:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
