As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a Program Manager to join its team!
An overview of your responsibilities:
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy to delivery. You’ll oversee multiple related projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Define and maintain the program vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Coordinate and integrate deliverables across multiple projects.
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Engage and align stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Provide transparent reporting and governance for executive leadership.
What you'll need, among other things!
- 8 years in project/program management with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record delivering programs on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
- Experience in leading programs in manufacturing environment and experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, PLM, ERP, MES would be a plus
- Proven track record with Agile Delivery of Software Programs
- Experience working with Jira would be nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile certifications preferred.
