Job Description:
We are currently hiring multiple Forklift Operators in Wilmington, North Carolina. This role involves operating a forklift while following our digital warehouse workflow system to complete daily tasks accurately. Responsibilities also include palletizing, packaging, inventory movement, and general warehouse operations. We are looking for reliable local candidates who can start quickly. Overtime is paid in full compliance with North Carolina labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials.
- Follow our web-based warehouse workflow system to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Maintain accurate digital records of warehouse activities and inventory movements.
- Assist with palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and packaging products.
- Prepare orders for shipment and organize inventory.
- Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or workflow problems to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Support other warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior forklift experience required (certification is a plus).
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and web-based workflow systems.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate digital recordkeeping.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to report issues promptly to supervisors.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour (W-2 position)
