XMotive Dance Studio is building a talented Performance Dance Team to represent our brand at live events, showcases, parades, promotional opportunities, and community performances throughout Hampton Roads.
We are looking for confident, energetic, and reliable dancers who are ready to bring their talent to the stage. Experience in Hip-Hop, Majorette, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, or other performance styles is welcome.

How the Team Works
The Performance Dance Team practices consistently throughout the year, including during periods when no events are booked. Regular team practices and general promotional activities are not paid.
When a qualifying paid event is booked, selected dancers will receive the compensation amount, event details, and any booking-specific rehearsal requirements before accepting the opportunity. Paid bookings and income are not guaranteed.
Team Member Responsibilities
- Attend regular team practices and learn assigned choreography.
- Prepare for upcoming performances and appearances.
- Attend all required rehearsals for accepted bookings.
- Arrive on time, performance-ready, and dressed appropriately.
- Communicate availability and scheduling conflicts promptly.
- Support fellow dancers and work well as part of a team.
- Represent XMotive Dance Studio professionally on and off stage.
Who We’re Looking For
- Dancers who are at least 21 years old
- Strong stage presence and performance energy
- Experience in one or more dance styles
- Comfortable performing before live audiences
- Available for select evening and weekend practices and events
- Dependable, coachable, professional, and team-oriented
