We need an Affiliate & Influencer Manager who knows how to turn creators into superfans and drive real revenue through influencer & affiliate partnerships .
This role is all about scaling our influencer and affiliate marketing programs—recruiting top creators, managing campaigns, optimizing performance, and leveraging platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and direct brand partnerships . You’ll play a key role in expanding XMONDO’s creator network while ensuring our partnerships drive sales, not just views .

What You’ll Do
Affiliate Marketing & Growth
- Develop & scale XMONDO’s affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Amazon Affiliates, and direct brand partnerships.
- Recruit high-performing affiliates & brand fans who align with our vision.
- Define commission structures, incentives, and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
- Provide affiliates with brand assets, custom discount codes, and strategic guidance to maximize impact.
- Analyze performance data and optimize strategies to increase conversion rates and ROI.
