- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Angular JS, HTML5, SCSS, React.js, UI Builder, etc.)
- Expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, and understanding of ServiceNow Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow update sets, versioning, and deployment processes
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly preferred. Other certifications like ITIL Foundation are a plus.
