Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to design, implement, and oversee enterprise-scale solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), strong architecture skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical direction across teams.
- Ensure best practices in system integration, data modeling, and customization.
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle implementations (design, development, testing, deployment).
- Oversee customization using plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and stakeholders.
Integration & Data Management
- Design integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
- Ensure proper data migration, governance, and data quality strategies.
- Work with Dataverse and enterprise data platforms.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a technical advisor to business and IT leadership.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and architecture reviews.
- Mentor development teams and enforce coding and architecture standards.
Performance & Security
- Ensure system performance optimization and scalability.
- Define and enforce security models, compliance, and governance policies.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or ERP modules.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Dataverse
- Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- .NET / C# development
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
