Responsibilities
- CAPA and NCR documentation
- Supplier appoval and management
- Document control
- Component changes and approval
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to enhance product reliability and safety
- Manage and improve quality systems by analyzing data
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively
- Document findings meticulously, prepare reports, and track corrective actions for continuous improvement
- Support training initiatives to promote awareness of quality management practices across teams
Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including QA/QC processes and systems
- Proven experience in conducting quality audits, inspections, and control activities within manufacturing environments
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 13485 and FDA GMP's or other relevant standards
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with effective problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and documenting findings clearly
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
