We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, build, and maintain analytics solutions that turn business data into actionable insights. This role will focus on developing Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating data from ERP and other business systems, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to support data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a practical understanding of business operations and enjoys building reliable, scalable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets
- Build and manage data integrations using APIs and database connections
- Develop data models and transformations using Power Query, DAX, and SQL
- Integrate and report on data from ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Business Central a plus)
- Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and leadership to define reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, reporting, and performance issues
- Document reports, data models, and integration logic
- Support ongoing improvements to analytics and reporting infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a BI Developer, BI Analyst, or similar role
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple systems
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Familiarity with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Logic Apps)
- Experience supporting finance, supply chain, or ERP-based reporting
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
- Experience creating executive-level dashboards and KPIs

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
