- Requires knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices as well as particular principles relating to government contract accounting practices and regulations.
- Requires ability to read and interpret written information and effectively communicate verbally and in writing where information includes precise information and terminology.
- Salary for this position is $47,500
- In direct support of senior accountants’ performance measure development efforts, provides data compilation and analysis through the use of standard accounting software applications, banking applications, and spreadsheets.
- Prepares accurate journal entries to clear reconciling items, follow up on researched items, maintenance of statistical information on accounts and communicating critical issues to management for resolution.
- Entry level position requiring 0-3 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
