What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator position at XL Pro Staffing and Consulting Group?
Position: Warehouse/ Forklift
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM or Monday-Thursday 4PM-2:30AM
Pay: $17.50/HR
Operate forklifts and stand-up reach trucks to transport materials and products throughout the facility. Assist with unloading and loading shipments, ensuring items are accurately checked and logged in the inventory system using RF scanners. Support production lines by supplying necessary materials and products, providing a continuous and efficient production process. Perform inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and assist with periodic physical counts. Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, inspect products for damage, and ensure compliance with purchase orders. Label, package, and prepare products for shipment according to company guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with all safety regulations. Assist with cycle counts and product rotation to minimize inventory discrepancies.
