Pay Rate: $0.76 per mile per team / $0.38 per mile per driver, plus detention and layover pay
Earning Potential: Up to $135,000 per driver annually
Schedule: Dedicated Routes | Home Weekly
Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 per driver
About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL Class A Team Drivers for a direct-hire opportunity. Drivers will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting freight across dedicated OTR and regional lanes while complying with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
This opportunity offers consistent routes, approximately 6,000 miles per week per team, weekly home time, competitive mileage pay, bonuses, and full benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely plan and complete scheduled pickups and deliveries in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Transport freight across dedicated OTR and regional routes.
- Inspect and secure freight and verify seals against Bills of Lading.
- Accurately record driving status using the Motive or Samsara ELD system.
- Coordinate driving shifts with a team partner while following FMCSA Hours of Service requirements.
- Complete drop-and-hook trailer moves safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily tractor and trailer inspections and promptly report any defects.
- Manage fuel purchases using company-issued credit cards.
- Maintain a clean and organized shared sleeper cab.
- Drive approximately 6,000 miles per week per team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience required.
- OTR driving experience preferred.
- Current and valid Class A CDL.
- Current DOT medical certification.
- Experience operating day cab and sleeper tractors with 53-foot trailers.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, as required for the position.
- Must be able to lift and move 10–50 lbs. regularly.
- Team lifting is required for loads exceeding 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in varying weather conditions.
- Existing driver teams are strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements
Drivers must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Loads exceeding 50 lbs. require assistance from two or more team members. The position may require standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or working in extreme heat or cold.
