Schedule: Monday to Friday On call; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to attract and hire qualified candidates. This role involves communicating with clients and applicants in both English and Spanish, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for various roles
- Conduct resume screenings, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews
- Coordinate and manage the interview process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a light industrial staffing environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone, communication, and basic computer skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients
