Location: Richardson, TX 75080
Compensation: $17- $18 DOE
Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8 AM- 5 PM
We’re looking for a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for job seekers. You’ll connect with applicants daily, handle high-volume calls, and guide candidates through the hiring process. Key Responsibilities:
Handle 100–200 inbound and outbound calls daily using a multi-line phone system
Manage emails, texts, and phone communications
Perform light bookkeeping and data entry
Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews
Provide support across departments as needed
Qualifications:
3–5 years customer service experience (staffing preferred)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Full-cycle recruiting experience in light industrial staffing
Skilled in phone interviews and candidate vetting
Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Able to work independently with excellent communication and professional demeanor
