Screen Printer Operator 1st Shift

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Screen Printer Operator!

Location: Lancaster, TX 75134
Pay Rate:$20.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior screen printing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and follow job instructions accurately
• Operate and use a computer as required
• Match and mix colors accurately
• Perform in-process inspections of screens for defects prior to printing
• Bake flats and screen flats
• Expose coated screens
• Apply back coat and mix resist/back coat resist
• Coat screens each shift
• Stretch and tone up screens
• Mix emulsion (5-gallon buckets)
• Remove rags and maintain cleanliness at the end of each shift
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior screen printing experience required
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature changes, moving machinery)
• Ability to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights if required
• Maintain visual acuity to read labels and instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow safety procedures
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
