What We’re Looking For- Active HHA/PCA Certification (required)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- English and/or Spanish speaking (bilingual preferred)
- Dependable, patient-focused, and professional
- Competitive pay: $19.65 – $22.19/hour
- Stable hours with available cases

- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding
- Support safe transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises
- Provide incontinence and basic skin care
- Take and record vital signs (when trained/assigned)
- Offer medication reminders (no administration)
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Maintain accurate documentation per Medicaid and agency standards
- Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety protocols
