XILO, a fast-growing Vertical AI company recently backed by a Series A financing round, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our Account Executives (AEs). This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, process-driven, and thrives on helping a team stay accountable and organized. You’ll play a key role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly by reviewing calls, maintaining Salesforce accuracy, and ensuring every deal has a next step.

About the Role
As a Sales Intern at XILO, you’ll be the operational backbone for our Account Executives. You’ll ensure every sales interaction — from first call to closed deal — is tracked, documented, and followed up on. This role is critical for maintaining momentum in the sales process and ensuring we’re always engaging prospects at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
- Review AE calls daily and document key takeaways, next steps, and follow-up actions in Salesforce.
- Ensure every opportunity has a scheduled activity, meeting, or next step — no stalled deals.
- Maintain Salesforce data hygiene with complete, accurate, and timely updates.
- Flag opportunities without recent activity and proactively remind AEs to follow up.
- Help improve sales workflows and identify process gaps or automation opportunities.
- Support sales reporting, dashboard maintenance, and activity tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or Communications (or related field).
- Type A personality — you love checklists, structure, and keeping things organized.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn from experienced sales professionals.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus but not required.
