About the Role
As a Mid-Market AE at XILO, you’ll play a critical role in driving company growth by converting qualified leads into customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone focused on the lower mid-market or SMB segment who is ready to grow into the full mid-market space. You’ll work closely with our SDR team, deliver engaging platform demos to decision-makers, and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities:
- Close 25% of new deals, with a focus on growing within the mid-market segment.
- Maintain an average ACV of $30k across deals.
- Keep sales cycles under 90 days on average.
- Schedule 5 ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) demos per month.
- Maintain extremely high Salesforce hygiene.
- Forecast deal flow with a high degree of accuracy quarterly.
- Proactively build pipeline in your downtime, demonstrating a true hunter mentality.
- Commit to continuous improvement by watching Gong videos daily.
- Deliver exciting and show-stopping sales demos that captivate your audience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience closing SaaS deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- 1-2 years of experience as a SaaS SDR, demonstrating strong foundational sales skills.
- Growth Mindset: Eager to develop into a full Mid-Market Account Executive.
- Resilience: Capable of having hard conversations and overcoming objections with professionalism.
- Quick Learner: Able to grasp complex subjects and translate them into value for customers.
- Team Player: Easy to work with and positively motivates others.
- Accountable: Takes ownership of both successes and failures, with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Compensation:
- Salary: $50k - $60k
