xHockeyProducts Pro Shops is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. You'll be the last hands on every order before it reaches our customers — hockey players, coaches, and teams counting on the right gear arriving on time. Part time position of up to 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Inspect order items prior to shipping for fulfillment accuracy and product quality.
- Pack items securely and professionally, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Process and print shipping labels and ensure orders are ready for scheduled carrier pick up times.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips before sealing shipments.
- Handle custom uniform orders with extra care, confirming name, number, and size specifications before shipping.
- Receive incoming inventory, check for accuracy, and organize stock in designated locations.
- Travel to retail locations to pick up items for shipping.
- Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and safe.
- Manage inventory of shipping materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is an asset but not required — we'll train the right person.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of a shift.
- Basic computer skills for order management systems.
- Knowledge of hockey equipment and sizing is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
