Own and scale U.S. operations end-to-end. You will drive execution, build scalable processes, and align cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Own U.S. operations across revenue, customer lifecycle, and internal processes
- Build and optimize scalable processes across Sales, Customer Success, and delivery
- Define and track KPIs; drive data-backed decisions
- Partner with leadership and global teams to ensure execution alignment
- Ensure operational compliance, reporting, and cost efficiency
- Lead and scale teams and external vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8–12 years in operations / RevOps / business management
- Experience in B2B SaaS / cybersecurity / tech environments
- Strong ownership mindset with experience scaling operations
- Proficiency with CRM, analytics, and reporting tools
- MBA
- Experience with global teams / U.S. market operations
