Role Overview
Own and manage financial operations for the U.S. business. You will drive financial planning, ensure compliance, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial controls
Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations and tax requirements
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost optimization
Partner with leadership on financial strategy and business decisions
Manage audits, vendor payments, and financial documentation
Build and track financial KPIs and dashboards
Requirements
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
6–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and controls
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Familiarity with accounting systems and financial tools
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS/cybersecurity/tech environment
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements
Experience working with global teams
