Main Responsibilities Include:
A General Manager at X-Golf is responsible for the overall success of the business by leading operations, driving revenue, managing the team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversight of daily operations of the facility.
- Managing hourly employees, any assistant managers, or PGA Professionals which includes scheduling, training, coaching, and follow-up.
- Human Resources including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and termination as needed as well as summarized tip logs for payroll in a timely manner.
- Food and beverage management ensuring proper inventory, cost of goods, and compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Perform and manage leagues, tournaments, and group events for consistent customer engagement and development of X-Golf’s community
- Conduct marketing/advertising campaigns via social media, email, and print to promote anything associated with current X-Golf operations
COMPENSATION:
· $60,000 Base Salary plus bonuses and tips
· Projected Compensation with Tips = $70,000 - $75,000
· Monthly Healthcare Stipend
SPECIFICS
· This General Manager of X-Golf Denville is a Full-Time Employee working on-site 40 hours week ensuring consistent operational practices, customer experience, and growth of business.
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in the entertainment, golf and/or food & beverage industries.
- Demonstrated leadership including experience developing direct reports.
- Proven record of providing superior member/guest service and staff training and development
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
Salary : $60,000
