Business Analyst Workday

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with Workday experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions within the Workday platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support Workday implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Workday HCM, Finance, or other modules.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workday solutions.

• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday updates and enhancements.

• Troubleshoot system issues and support users with Workday-related queries.

• Create reports and dashboards using Workday tools to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with hands-on Workday exposure.

• Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, or Financials.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience workking with State of California in past
