About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and families to promote positive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient status.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and ongoing care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations.
• Follow all applicable clinical, regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Participate in quality-improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.

Pay: Up to $59.00 per hour
