Job Details
Position Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer
Location: [San Jose, CA - Hybrid]
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development & Customization
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (CE/CRM, F&O, Business Central—based on project scope).
- Develop plugins, workflows, custom controls (PCF), integrations, and extensions.
- Build and optimize Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Technical Delivery
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure, APIs, Logic Apps, and middleware.
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing frameworks, and documentation.
Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with solution architects and business teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Support pre-sales efforts with effort estimation, solution demos, and architectural recommendations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliverables.
Maintenance & Optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Microsoft best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions).
- Strong understanding of CRM/ERP workflows, configuration, data models, and lifecycle.
- Experience in consulting environments such as PwC, Adobe, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.
Preferred/Good-to-Have
- Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MB-600, MB-210/MB-310/MB-800, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with industry-specific accelerators (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Experience with Adobe ecosystem integrations (if applicable).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments.
- Client-facing experience and stakeholder management.
