Electric Panel Technician 1
The Electric Panel Technician is responsible for assembling and wiring electrical panels according to company standards and schematics. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical components, layouts, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Duties:
- Learns and adheres to all safety standards.
- Lays out panels to XeteX standards under direct or some supervision.
- Wires all panel components, including breakers, disconnects, and distribution boxes under direct or some supervision.
- Properly torques panel components according to specifications.
- Wires low voltage components with accuracy and precision.
- Reads and interprets electrical schematics with some supervision.
- Maintains clean work area.
- All other duties assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in electrical panel assembly or related field preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
· Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and procedures.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
· Effective communication and teamwork skills.
· Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
