Wiring Technician

The Electrical Technician plays a crucial role in the assembly and installation of electrical components in industrial heat exchangers. This position involves running conduit, wiring units, wiring panels, and quality checks to ensure product functionality and reliability.

Job Duties:

· Run conduit and install wiring according to electrical diagrams and specifications.

· Wire HVAC units, including connecting electrical components such as motors, thermostats, and control panels.

· Wire electrical panels and junction boxes accurately and efficiently.

· Troubleshoot wiring issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs as required.

· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous Experience as a Wiring Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably the HVAC industry.

· Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

· Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in wiring and assembly tasks.

· Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

· Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.
