Overview:
Join Xerox as a Packaging Engineer and help drive the development, characterization, and continuous improvement of innovative chemicals, materials, and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to support product innovation, improve process performance, and contribute to solutions that deliver value to our customers. What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and characterize chemicals, materials, and related manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate and improve products, processes, and services using industry best practices and technical expertise.
- Analyze data and recommend process or material improvements to enhance performance and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members with less experience.
- Apply established policies, procedures, and business objectives to make informed technical decisions.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in chemical, materials, or process engineering.
- Strong understanding of material characterization, product development, or manufacturing processes.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
