Location: Webster, NY
Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts providing balanced 3 and 4 day workweeks
Compensation: $28.79 (Union role)

Join Xerox at our state of the art toner manufacturing facility in Rochester, NY, where innovation meets advanced production. This role is hands on in a highly automated, team based environment supporting critical manufacturing processes. What You Will Do:
- Ensure raw materials are manufactured into high quality toner through our innovative process working on premier equipment only found at our ISO 14001 certified plant
- Operate aqueous based chemical process equipment
- Control room and hands on process monitoring (both hands on in addition to control room centric operation)
- Material handling equipment operation
- Conduct basic analytical and lab characterization procedures such as pH, conductivity, particle shape and morphology determination, solids/moisture content, etc
- Changeovers of large process equipment
- Collect and report process data using Statistical Process Control Tools
What You Need to Succeed:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of measurement, safety, and basic chemistry principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team based manufacturing environment
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or laboratory settings is helpful
- Familiarity with quality tools such as statistical process control or lean methodology
