Responsibilities
- Assist with and perform electrical work on residential and commercial projects
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical-related issues
- Read and follow work instructions, plans, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
- Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and properly
- Follow company policies, electrical codes, and safety regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to advanced knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials
- Experience in residential and commercial electrical work preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Understanding of NEC codes and electrical safety procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in various environments and lift heavy materials when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- OSHA certification, trade school education, or electrical certifications are a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the electrical trade
