Studio Operation Supervisors

Job Overview
Xeno-Animals is a diverse creative space in Boston. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Onsite Operations Supervisors to support daily studio flow, maintain the environment, and ensure a smooth experience for dancers and guests.

This is a shift-based, on-site position, ideal for individuals who enjoy people-focused environments and thrive in steady, organized, service-oriented roles.

Responsibilities

• Support daily studio flow by assisting with check-ins, customer questions, and class transitions
• Capture simple class footage and support instructors with in-studio needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the space during each shift
• Reset the studio at the end of each shift to ensure smooth operations for the next day
• Provide on-site support for special sessions and events as needed
• Uphold studio standards of communication and environment quality

This role does not include administrative, scheduling, or logistics responsibilities.

Requirements

• Reliable, accountable, detail-oriented; quick to react and execute
• Able to organize and maintain the space
• Respects workflow and follows SOPs accurately and consistently
• Calm, logical, and steady when situations arise
• Clear, professional communicator; good with people (serving experience = plus)

• Relevant background in studio/store management, sales, customer service, admin, or creative operations
• Laptop-ready; familiar with Google Suite; able to follow tracking systems
• Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus)
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing or organizational operations roles (e.g., serving, customer service, sales, retail).
• Dance experience is not required
• Fluent in English (Multilingual is a plus)
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. (OPT/CPT support available)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $600.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
