Job Summary
We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk for our Xenia License Bureau (BMV) with opportunity to grow into a management role.
This position starts at the clerk level but is designed for someone who wants more than just an entry-level job. If you excel at accuracy, enjoy customer service, work at a quick pace, and are interested in advancing into leadership within 12–18 months, we’d like to talk to you.
Schedule: Must be able to work 5 days a week including most Saturdays. Must be available 7:50am-5:30pm during the week and 7:50am-2:30pm Saturdays.
Clerk Starting Pay: $18
Assistant Manager Starting Pay: $21
Quarterly Bonus: Performance & Integrity Bonus (Typically ranges $150–$200)

What You’ll Do:
- Process BMV transactions accurately and efficiently (registrations, plates, IDs, etc.)
- Deliver excellent customer service in a busy office environment
- Learn all aspects of daily operations with the goal of advancing into management
- Take on increasing responsibility as you grow with our team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced setting
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow established procedures
- Someone who is motivated to grow into a leadership position
