This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Henderson, NV clinic. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide exceptional patient-centered care, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing the care of individuals experiencing menopause, perimenopause, and andropause. Additional responsibilities include administering bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, managing patients with gynecological concerns and sexual wellness needs, and supporting men undergoing testosterone replacement therapy. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes is essential.
- Strong foundation in Nurse Practitioner skills and clinical nursing experience.
- Proficiency in Primary Care and Medicine, particularly within specialty care settings.
- Experience in managing Urgent Care cases and addressing complex patient needs.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and appropriate licensing in the state of Nevada.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team.
