Large International Manufacturing company located in Wooster Ohio is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer.
JOB DUTIES
- Oversee all aspects of the quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as applicable product and customer requirements. E Ensure the quality control processes in an organization to ensure products and services meet defined standards and customer expectations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS)
- Assist with quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Oversee the quality control process, including incoming raw materials, in-process checks, and final product inspections.
- Do non-conformance investigations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes, and root cause analysis.
REQUIRED
• 5 years working as a Quality Engineer in a plant manufacturing Environment
• Ability to implement quality improvement processes
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or SPC (Statistical Process Control).
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
