JOB DUTIES
- Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Recruit and Onboard new hires, conduct performance management and provide feedback and manage payroll and benefits for employees
REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience working in a plant manufacturing environment
- 3 years working as a Human Resource Manager
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
