Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CEO of Digital Asset Treasury at XDC Network, located in New York, NY. The CEO will be responsible for establishing a regulatory compliant corporate structure to manage Digital Asset Treasury and its strategies for XDC Network. The role is similar to what Founder and CEO of MicroStrategy (now Strategy, NASDAQ:MSTR) or Sharplink Gaming for Ethereum.

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the company as the primary digital asset treasury and payments infrastructure provider for the XDC Network.
• Align the company’s goals with the broader XDC ecosystem strategy, focusing on payments, stablecoin rails, trade finance, and tokenized real-world assets.
• Represent the company publicly with regulators, financial institutions, venture partners, and the global blockchain community.

• Oversee the management of XDC Network’s treasury holdings, liquidity pools, and token unlocks with a focus on security, compliance, and transparency.
• Develop strategies for yield optimization, risk management, and capital deployment that support network growth.
• Implement robust reporting and auditing practices for stakeholders and the community.

• Ensure full compliance with U.S. and international regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, NYDFS, FATF, etc.).
• Build a governance framework that satisfies institutional partners and regulators, including internal controls, risk management policies, and AML/KYC protocols.
• Act as the primary liaison with legal counsel, auditors, and compliance officers.

• Build and maintain high-level relationships with banks, custodians, exchanges, market makers, and payment processors.
• Drive adoption of XDC-based payment solutions and facilitate on-chain/off-chain liquidity for enterprises and financial institutions.
• Spearhead participation in industry forums, including SIBOS, ITFA, ICC, and other financial trade bodies.

• Hire, lead, and inspire a high-performing team across finance, compliance, engineering, and business development.
• Establish internal KPIs, reporting dashboards, and accountability mechanisms to ensure execution against strategic objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, financial modeling, and corporate governance for sustainable growth.

• Champion new products and financial instruments (stablecoins, RWAs, cross-border settlement solutions) that expand the utility of XDC.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of on-chain protocols with institutional systems (ISO 20022, SWIFT, etc.).
• Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion efforts in global financial hubs.
