We are hiring drivers for school routes throughout the Augusta Area, including:

• Augusta
• Hallowell
• Gardiner
• Chelsea
• Manchester
• Farmingdale
• Randolph
• Winthrop
• Nearby communities

COMMITMENT & ONBOARDING (Very Important)

Every driver in our network completes a careful onboarding, training and screening process before taking their first route.

We're looking for people who are genuinely committed to completing the process and becoming part of a team that families can trust.

Our structured onboarding includes:

• General Requirements
• Vehicle Compliance
• Drug Test
• Background Check & Fingerprinting
• Maine State Requirements

Estimated onboarding timeline: 1–2 weeks

Estimated onboarding investment: Approximately US$95

Great News! XD Technologies reimburses 50% of your onboarding costs after you successfully complete your first two weeks of active driving.

From day one, you'll have a dedicated mentor who will guide and support you through every step of the process.

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-door vehicle (2016 or newer)
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record (no DUI, suspensions, or major violations)
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Safely transport students to and from school.
• Drive fixed morning and afternoon school routes.
• Communicate with parents and school districts through our secure mobile app.
• Deliver a safe, reliable, and caring transportation experience.
• Represent the values of XD Technologies every day.
