We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling our XO.SKLTN modular topper systems while also supporting inventory management, packaging, and general manufacturing operations.

Job ResponsibilitiesAssembly
- Assemble aluminum topper panels using rivets, structural adhesives, and mechanical fasteners.
- Prepare and align large aluminum panels for bonding and assembly.
- Apply industrial adhesives according to work instructions.
- Install hardware and complete final panel assemblies.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process.
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
Inventory & Materials
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory record.
- Restock assembly workstations with required materials.
- Report inventory discrepancies and material shortages.
- Receive, organize, and store incoming materials.
- Request new materials via our ERP system.
Production Support
- Deburr aluminum components.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Assist with shipping preparation.
- Support other production departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
QualificationsRequired
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
- Manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Experience using rivet guns, drills, pneumatic tools, or similar equipment.
- Experience working with adhesives or structural bonding.
- Inventory, warehouse, or cycle count experience.
- Experience with ERP software (Odoo experience is a plus).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
- Comfortable handling large aluminum panels.
- Ability to safely operate hand and pneumatic tools.
