WHAT YOU'LL DO

▸ Close incoming leads for wheels, tires, lift kits, suspension, and audio builds
▸ Own every customer conversation from quote to signed lease to install date
▸ Hit or exceed weekly gross profit (GP) targets set by management
▸ Log every deal, quote, and follow-up in the CRM — no exceptions
▸ Work alongside the online setter team who feeds you qualified handoffs daily

▸ Average ticket value (upsell rate)

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

▸ Automotive knowledge is a plus (wheels, tires, lifts, audio) but not required if you can learn fast
▸ Sales experience preferred, but savage attitude beats a resume every time
▸ Bilingual (English Spanish) is a huge plus
▸ Hungry, competitive, and coachable
▸ Comfortable with high-pressure quotas and daily accountability
