Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, ensuring customers understand how to maximize their mobile devices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure that merchandise is well-stocked on the sales floor.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that enhance the customer’s mobile experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with a focus on sales.
- Strong cash handling skills, including experience with cash registers and POS systems.
