Control Panel - Job Description
Daily Tasks
· Verify store operations in a timely manner
· Review & Report Store Sales performance
· Review & Report Associate performance
· Review & Report Associate trainings
· Investigate & Report unusual/suspicious activity
Monthly Task
· Staying up to date on company policies and trainings
· Provide detailed feedback on repeat behaviors
· Provide detailed feedback on store operations & cleanliness
· Review & Provide highly detailed reports to senior managers
Requirements
· Ability to fluently translate Spanish to English – Spoken & Written
· Ability to communicate well with others in English & Spanish
· Ability to sit for extended periods of time
· Ability to multi-task and monitor multiple screens simultaneously
· Ability to recognize suspicious behavior / activities
· Microsoft Office
