?? What You'll Do- Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive in-store experience.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend the right phones, plans, and accessories.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized solutions.
- Promote products, services, and current promotions.
- Work toward individual and store sales goals.
- Learn about new technology, products, and wireless services.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Work as part of a supportive team to achieve shared goals.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused personality.
- Motivated to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
