Dealership Service Ambassador - (Annapolis, MD)

Xcite Automotive is seeking a Service Ambassadors for our dealership partner in Annapolis, MD!

A Service Ambassador, you will be the first and primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from arrival to vehicle pick-up. If you’re passionate about customer service, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the role for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet service customers in a warm and welcoming manner
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the service process
• Communicate service needs, timelines, and cost estimates clearly and confidently
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
• Update customers regularly on vehicle status and answer all questions
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and post-service follow-ups
• Deliver a high standard of professionalism and customer care every day

Minimum Qualifications:

• Well-groomed and positive appearance

• Valid Driver’s license
• Ability to safely operate vehicles
• At least 18 years of age or older
• Must pass background check
