Xcite Automotive is seeking an Automotive Window Tint Installer for our partner dealers in Savanah, Georgia!
Job Description : Automotive Window Tint Installer to independently perform professional window tint installations in a dealership environment. This position requires someone who can consistently produce high-quality work with little to no supervision while maintaining dealership production standards. This is not an entry-level position. Previous professional automotive window tint installation experience is required.
Required Qualifications (Hard Requirements)
- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive window tint installation experience
- Previous experience installing window tint in a dealership, automotive reconditioning center, or high-volume automotive shop
- Proficient using a computerized plotter/cutter system (XPEL DAP, Core, Film Cut, Graphtec, Roland, or similar)
- Able to independently measure, cut, heat shrink, and install film without supervision
- Experience installing ceramic and dyed automotive window film
- Able to consistently produce clean, contamination-free installations
- Strong understanding of film shrinking techniques and edge finishing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to work independently while meeting daily production goals

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with XPEL, Llumar, SunTek, 3M, Avery, or STEK films
- Paint Protection Film (PPF) experience
- Vinyl wrap installation
- Automotive detailing experience
- Experience working in a dealership production environment
