Xcite Automotive is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Porter to support daily operations for our partner dealers in Port Richey Florida!
Job Description: This role is responsible for safely moving vehicles, organizing the lot, assisting the service drive, and ensuring dealership areas remain clean and customer-ready. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles across the dealership
- Maintain a clean, organized lot with accurate vehicle placement
- Assist service drive with vehicle intake, staging, and customer flow
- Perform quick exterior wipe-downs and basic interior clean-ups
- Complete lot checks (batteries, plates, tags, vehicle readiness)
- Maintain clean service drive, waiting areas, and dealership grounds
- Support technicians with vehicle positioning to bays or work areas
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves):
- Valid driver’s license insurable driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership setting
Nice to Have:
- Previous Porter, Lot Attendant, Valet, or Service Drive experience
- Basic automotive knowledge and dealership workflow familiarity
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Beneficial Experience:
- Automotive service, detailing, reconditioning, or dealership operations
- Inventory management or vehicle inspection experience
- High-volume dealership or service lane support background
